AC Maintenance

Job Description

A Real Estate Company in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic AC Maintenance (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning of wall-mounted and ceiling cassette AC units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system faults, providing efficient and timely solutions
• Conduct regular check-ups to ensure all AC units are operating effectively and efficiently
• Assist the maintenance team with general maintenance tasks during downtime from AC-related work
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the workplace
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements when necessary
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests as required
• Keep accurate records of all service work including repairs and preventive maintenance activities

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as an AC Maintenance or in a related position
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with air conditioning systems particullary wall-mounted and ceiling cassette units
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing AC system faults
• Skilled in cleaning and maintaining wall-mounted and ceiling cassette AC units
• Ability to perform additional maintenance tasks and odd jobs when needed
