Accountant Manager

Job Description

A Fashion Industry Company in Canggu is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance Accountant and Tax Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and perform monthly reconciliations
• Manage annual audits and tax filings to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy
• Oversee invoice processing, expense management and vendor payment cycles
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to monitor performance
• Provide insights on cash flow, cost management and profitability to guide decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership to create and monitor financial KPIs to drive business performance
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial models, investor presentations and related documents
• Conduct risk analysis and recommend strategies to optimize finances and support sustainable growth
• Manage the company’s short-term and long-term cash requirements and investment planning
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax laws and regulations
• Prepare and file tax returns timely to minimize liabilities and avoid penalties
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position
• Stay updated on tax legislation and provide proactive advice on implications for the company

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as an Accountant or in a related position
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial analysis, tax management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Excel for financial modeling
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail translating complex data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High integrity and ethical standards, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving
