Job Description

One stop Wellness Center Company in Seseh is looking for a Full-Time AI & Technology Specialist with

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Continuously research and monitor the latest trends, tools and breakthroughs in AI and machine learning
• Analyze how emerging AI technologies can be applied within the wellness and biotech sectors
• Experiment with new AI products and platforms to assess their potential benefits for the company
• Develop small-scale pilot projects to test the feasibility of integrating new AI solutions into our services
• Assist in analyzing biometric and psychometric data to help tailor personalized wellness plans
• Explore AI-driven recommendation engines to improve member experiences and outcomes
• Identify areas where AI can streamline operations, such as scheduling, inventory management or customer service
• Experiment with AI tools that can automate routine tasks to increase efficiency
• Collaborate with wellness coaches, medical staff and IT teams to understand their needs and challenges
• Present findings, insights and recommendations to the team and management
• Maintain detailed records of experiments including methodologies, results and conclusions

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field would be a plus
• Graduate from Bangkit Academy is preferred
• Proven experience working in AI & Tech or in a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and competitor research
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• No extensive experience required, but tech background and knowledge is a must. Internships or academic projects in AI or data analysis are a plus
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence through coursework, projects or personal endeavors
• Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R are a plus
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and familiarity with products like ChatGPT is advantageous
• Ability to work with datasets, perform basic data cleaning, and visualization
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
