Job Description

A Property Development Company in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the project team to conceptualize and develop design proposals that meet the client’s requirements and project objectives
• Participate in project planning meetings and provide creative input and innovative design solutions
• Create detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections and details
• Develop comprehensive layout designs that optimize space utilization and functionality while adhering to building codes and regulations
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders and project teams

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as an Architect or in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design sensibility with a passion for creativity and innovation in architecture
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
