A Rental Motor in Kerobokan, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of HR (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Prepare bicycle frames and parts for painting, including sanding, priming and masking
• Apply paint, clear coats, and custom finishes using spray guns, airbrushes and other tools
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
• Ensure high-quality finishes by minimizing imperfections such as runs, drips or uneven coatings
• Inspect completed work for quality control and touch up as needed
• Maintain painting equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and storage
• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of paints, thinners and other chemicals
• Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Bike Painter or in a related position
• Knowledge of various painting techniques, including powder coating and wet painting
• Ability to mix and match colors accurately
• Familiarity with paint types, primers and finishing materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
