Civil Supervisor

Job Description

A Construction Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Civil Supervisor (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate civil construction projects to ensure quality and compliance with engineering standards
• Supervise structural works including steel frameworks and reinforced concrete structures
• Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and deadlines
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and project managers to resolve technical issues
• Monitor material usage, equipment and workforce productivity on-site
• Report progress, issues and recommendations to the project management team

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Civil Supervisor or in a related position
• Experience in supervising at least 3 structural building projects including steel structures and reinforced concrete
• Strong understanding of above-ground and underground structural construction processes
• Physically fit and in good health
• Possession of a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
• Relevant professional certifications in the civil engineering field
