Engineering Team Leader

A Property Development in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Engeneering Team Leader (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the engineering team to ensure high-quality work
• Provide technical guidance and skill development support for team members
• Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards
• Collaborate with production, procurement and quality assurance departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare technical reports, performance evaluations and project updates for management review
• Organize and oversee the maintenance schedules and repair processes for equipment and systems
• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings
• Ensure all engineering work complies with safety, quality and regulatory standards
• Manage human and material resources effectively while maintaining project budgets
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture as well as ensuring adherence to workplace safety procedures

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Head of HR or in a related position
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry standards
• Experience with relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, etc.)
• Ability to lead a team, resolve conflicts and support professional development
• Strong time management and organizational skills
