Job Description

A Chinese Restaurant in Berawa is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Floor Coordinator (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensure the floor and bar areas operate efficiently during shifts
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and adherence to service standards
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service
• Train and motivate staff to deliver a personalized guest experience
• Manage and oversee bar and floor staff during shifts
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Floor Coordinator or in a related position
• Strong understanding of bar and floor operations including service and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in scheduling software and point-of-sale systems would be a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
