A Luxury Villa in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Cook simple meals if necessary
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a tour of the villa
• Ensure guests have a smooth check-in and check-out experience
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist guests with recommendations for activities, dining and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is in top condition
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain records of guest feedback and report any major concerns to management
• Provide a warm and hospitable atmosphere to enhance the guest experience

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Guest Relations Officer or in a related position
• Experience in high-end villas
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Charismatic, self-confident, and firm in guest interactions
• Warm and hospitable personality
• Ability to cook would be a plus
