HSE Manager

Job Description

A Pearl Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HSE Manager (Full Time)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and maritime safety regulations
• Ensure all operations adhere to international safety standards related to diving and maritime activities
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to mitigate hazards
• Lead safety training programs to ensure all personnel understand and comply with HSE requirements
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Collaborate with senior management to drive a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization
• Manage and develop a large HSE team as well as ensuring optimal performance, training and continuous improvement
• Provide strategic hiring solutions to ensure the right personnel are onboarded for maritime safety operations
• Maintain compliance with national and international maritime safety regulations

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as a HSE Manager or in a similar role
• Proven experience in the maritime or diving industry
• Certified or knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015
• Extensive experience in managing large teams and implementing hiring solutions
• Strong leadership with emotional and age maturity to handle high-pressure situations effectively
• Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment and emergency response in a maritime environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
