Inbound Director – Seminyak
Job Description
A Travel Agency in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Inbound Director (Full-time)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate the Production, Operations and Reservations departments to ensure seamless operations
• Regularly monitor objectives, performance metrics and departmental needs
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
• Train, mentor and motivate teams to achieve goals while maintaining company standards
• Train new sales agents in sales techniques, quotation methods and client engagement
• Master and oversee all aspects of the sales process from client consultation to finalizing itineraries
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and optimizing their performance
• Monitor sales and revenue performance as well as implementing strategies to enhance results
• Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with the Production department to develop new destinations and products
• Drive the company’s B2C positioning by developing and optimizing the website in partnership with a specialized WordPress agency
• Continue implementing and monitoring sustainability strategies aligned with Travelife certification and industry standards
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to promote sustainable practices.
• Conduct regular audits to evaluate the quality and sustainability of services including accommodations, guides and excursions
• Handle and resolve complaints received during trips to ensure traveler satisfaction
• Monitor post-trip feedback and identify areas for service improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure quality and sustainability.
• Be available during the high season with no vacation or extended absences allowed
Requirements :
• Indonesia Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and France
• Proven at least 3 years experience working as a Inbound Director or in a related position within Destination Management Company (DMC)
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong background in sales strategy, client relations and sustainability practices
• Familiarity with Travelife certification and implementing sustainability initiatives would be a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software including CRM and project management systems
