Junior Medical Doctor – Uluwatu

A Wellness Clinic in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Medical Doctor (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide medical care and consultations to patients as well as ensuring high standards of care and professionalism
• Administer IV therapy treatments including explaining benefits and procedures to patients
• Lead and manage a team fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient operations
• Provide guidance and support to team members as well as promoting a positive work environment
• Ensure all medical practices comply with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining necessary medical permits including SIP for Uluwatu, Bali
• Build strong relationships with patients as well as maintaining trust and transparency
• Educate patients on medical treatments and procedures including IV therapy benefits
• Contribute to the organization’s growth through reliability, honesty and a proactive attitude
• Participate in training programs to enhance clinical and leadership skills

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Junior Medical Doctor or in a related position
• Accredited medical degree from Indonesia or an internationally recognized equivalent
• Holds a valid STR certificate
• Ability to secure and maintain a SIP for Uluwatu, Bali
• Familiarity with IV treatments
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
• Reliable and honest with a willingness to take on managerial responsibilities
