Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Expertly handle stain removal and garment care to maintain high-quality standards
• Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance with inquiries and orders
• Operate the till and process payments accurately
• Ensure every customer enjoys an excellent service experience

Requirements :

• Proven working experience as a Laundry Staff or in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience in laundry services including stain removal and garment care
• Previous customer service experience preferably in a face-to-face setting
• Friendly, professional and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle orders efficiently and with attention to details
