Job Description
A Villa Development and Property Management Company in Canggu, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager (Bali Based, Full-time)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote villa development projects, and short-term rentals and drive sales
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising campaigns
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to increase brand visibility and generate leads
• Plan and execute events such as open houses, launch parties, and community outreach programs to engage potential buyers and promote brand awareness
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, and ROI as well as adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in real estate marketing to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales tools and support sales efforts with marketing materials and resources
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizens Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
• Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, market trends and customer preferences
• Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive results and achieve business objectives
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Analytics, CRM systems and social media management tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
