Medical Laboratory Technologist

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for processing samples, accurately documenting and reporting test results to the Clinical Pathology Specialist.
• Run the following biotech machines
a. Biochemical analyzer
b. Immunoassay analyzer
c. Hematology analyzer
d. Electrolytic analyzer
e. Protein analyzer
• Conduct various laboratory analyses and tests for patient diagnosis and health monitoring
• Understand the analytical testing process for reagents and specimens
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment properly
• Manage the usage of reagents and consumables in the diagnostic laboratory
• Prepare patients before specimen collection
• Accustomed to and skilled in performing blood sample collection
• Comply with procedures, policies, and health and safety regulations
• Stay informed of the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices
• Document all activities and results, reporting back to management
• Classify and label samples
• Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Collaborate with medical teams to provide relevant information regarding laboratory results.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of the workspace and laboratory equipment.

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3/D4) in Medical Laboratory Technology, jurusan Analis Kesehatan atau Teknologi Laboratorium Medis (TLM)
• Proven minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position

c. Immunoassay analyzer
d. Hematology analyzer
e. Electrolytic analyzer
f. Protein analyzer
• Must have an active Registration Certificate (STR)
• Good understanding of laboratory information systems and automated laboratory equipment
• Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
