MEP Supervisor

Job Description

A Construction Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic MEP Supervisor (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and the internal project team to resolve issues
• Inspect MEP works regularly to maintain high-quality standards
• Ensure proper functioning of systems and adherence to project timelines
• Guide and supervise MEP teams, including subcontractors and technicians
• Provide technical direction and resolve on-site issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, technical specifications and system changes
• Report regularly to project managers and stakeholders on the status of MEP activities
• Implement and enforce safety protocols related to MEP operations
• Conduct regular safety inspections and briefings for MEP personnel

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Basic written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a MEP Supervisor or in a related position
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience managing or executing MEP work
• Expertise in MEP systems design, installation and maintenance
• Familiarity with industry standards and construction processes related to MEP
• Physically fit and in good health
• Possess a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian – SKCK)
• Holds relevant professional certifications in MEP fields
