Job Description

A Real Estate Company in Canggu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic MEP Worker (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine servicing, cleaning and maintenance of cassette and wall-mounted AC units
• Diagnose and repair issues related to cooling, leaks and electrical faults in AC systems
• Ensure the cleanliness and optimal performance of all AC systems
• Conduct routine electrical repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting within the facility
• Repair issues with lights, sockets, circuit breakers and other electrical components
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards and operate efficiently
• Identify and resolve plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged drains and water supply problems
• Maintain and repair pipes, faucets, toilets and other plumbing fixtures
• Ensure effective and efficient operation of all plumbing systems
• Assist other maintenance staff with miscellaneous tasks, including general repairs, cleaning and facility upkeep
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a MEP Worker or in a related position
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in repairing and cleaning cassette and wall-mounted AC units
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Experience in plumbing including fixing leaks, blockages and water supply issues
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance problems independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Strong time management and task prioritization abilities
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to handle tools and equipment safely
