An Active Wear in Seseh, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Manager (Full Time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations as well as ensuring smooth workflow and high performance
• Manage staff schedules, training and performance to maintain a motivated and efficient team
• Implement operational structures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Develop and execute strategies to increase monthly sales and improve customer experience
• Plan for store expansion, ensuring operational readiness for new locations
• Oversee procurement of raw materials and finished products ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality control
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and efficient production
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control strategies to minimize losses
• Optimize warehousing and distribution to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with local and international shipping vendors for smooth logistics operations
• Implement cost-saving strategies for transportation and logistics
• Implement quality control measures to uphold brand standards
• Manage operational budgets as well as ensuring cost control and profitability
• Lead and mentor the operations team as well as ensuring high engagement and productivity

Requirements :

• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role preferably retail experience
• Strong background in inventory management, supply chain and operations planning
• Experience in vendor management, logistics and international shipping coordination
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or in a related field
