Operations Assistant
Job Description
A Property Development Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operation Assistant (Full time)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Engage warmly with guests, greet them upon arrival and ensure they have a positive experience
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and inviting space
• Assist the manager in managing the flow of the café area, support customer service and address guest needs promptly
• Assist with booking requests, scheduling and any necessary follow-up
• Support the manager in tracking costs and handling supplier payments
• Build rapport with customers and be available to address questions or concerns
• Provide assistance on various tasks as well as focusing on operational support and guest interaction
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
• A welcoming demeanor and a customer-first approach
• A willingness to take initiative and handle tasks independently
• Open to acquiring new skills and adapting to various tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience
