Operations Manager

Job Description

A Marketing Agency in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Manager (Full Time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Maintain daily communication with the remote editing team in the Philippines and hands-on coordination with the Bali team to ensure seamless videography and content creation
• Perform daily check-ins on the company’s social media accounts as well as ensuring they are in good standing and replacing any accounts that are not performing well
• Oversee the quality control of videos before they are posted as well as ensuring high standards across all client profiles
• Manage postings for 6 to 8 different clients as well as ensuring consistency and high quality to maintain public perception
• Absorb and apply technical knowledge provided as well as ensuring consistent posting across all social channels
• Ensure the videographer and editing team are producing and posting the correct content to the appropriate social media channels
• Maintain the company’s social media accounts, ready to replace any accounts that are banned or paused due to unforeseen circumstances

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Strong team leadership skills
• Ability to create banners or step in to improve edited videos
• Fast learner and able to apply new knowledge quickly as well as operating with both consistency and speed
Proficiency in using Notion
Good technical experience and be able to solve technical problems easily
Familiarity with tools such as Dolphin Anty Browser, proxies, CapCut editing, Canva editing and online banking
Owns a laptop
