Operations Resort Manager

A Property Development and Management in Labuan Bajo ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Manager (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations across all departments as well as ensure smooth workflows and high service standards
• Maintain operational efficiency while prioritizing guest satisfaction
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures aligned with the resort’s vision and eco-friendly principles
• Continuously improve processes to enhance sustainability and service excellence
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
• Conduct regular audits and implement corrective measures as needed
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and address escalated complaints or special requests promptly
• Collaborate with the team to create memorable guest experience
• Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve profitability and efficiency targets

Requirements :

• Indonesia Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as an Operations Manager or in a related position within the hospitality industry preferably in luxury or eco-resorts
• Energetic and innovative with a passion for exploring and creating new opportunities
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details
• Willingness to relocate with travel expenses provided for out-of-town candidates
