Production Manager – Gianyar

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure production timelines are met
• Ensure strict quality control standards are maintained for all fabricated products
• Manage production teams and enforce workplace safety protocols
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials procurement and services
• Track and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Schedule and supervise site inspections and installations
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements :

• Proven working experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within retail industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience in product fabrication or manufacturing
• Strong team leadership and workflow management skills
• Solid understanding of inventory, logistics and production processes
• Comfortable conducting site visits and managing on-site installations
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and highly organized
