Reservation and Sales Specialist – Sanur, Bali

A Scuba Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Reservation and Sales Specialist (Full Time, on-site)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Address inquiries from potential guests promptly and professionally
• Process reservation requests and guide guests through the booking process
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Actively promote the Company’s services and assist guests in selecting the most suitable packages
• Highlight special offers and packages to encourage bookings
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging diving destinations to provide updated information to guests
• Work towards and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer interactions
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance promotional efforts and sales strategies

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Reservation and Sales Specialist or in a similar role
• Demonstrable success in sales preferably within the diving or hospitality sector
• Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate bookings and record-keeping
• Experience in the diving industry would be a plus
