A Home Décor Company in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Assistant (Full-time, Bali Based)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome in the store
• Explain product features and benefits to customers as well as answer any questions they may have
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering guidance and product knowledge
• Keep the store area clean and tidy as well as ensure products are well-organized and displayed attractively
• Perform quick vacuuming and rearranging of products or displays as needed
• Ensure the store is consistently maintained including cleaning duties to promote a pleasant shopping experience

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven working experience as a Sales Assistant in retail or in a similar role
• A strong interest in the fashion or textile industry would be a plus
• Must have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a polite and helpful manner
• Gentle, confident, and friendly personality
• A passion for retail and customer engagement
