Job Description

A Jewelry Store in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Shop Manager (Full Time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure all stores meet quality and service standards
• Focus on customer service excellence and maintain attractive product displays
• Recruit, train and manage the SPG team to improve performance and sales
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising according to brand guidelines

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Shop Manager or in a related position
• Strong communication and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product displays
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a team
• Willing to travel between locations by motorbike
