A Jewelry Store in Badung, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Shopkeeper (Full-time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional sales service
• Build rapport with customers to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience
• Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld
• Organize and display products attractively to enhance customer engagement
• Keep the store fully stocked and ensure inventory is well-organized and accurate
• Understand and anticipate customers’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable products
• Showcase and explain product features and benefits clearly to assist in decision-making
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals and market trends to provide expert advice
• Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the store
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently as well as ensuring accuracy in billing and payments

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Shopkeeper or in a related position
• A strong passion for jewelry and a keen interest in fashion trends would be a plus
• Outgoing, self-motivated and approachable with a bubbly and friendly personality
• Possesses good upselling skills and the ability to influence purchase decisions positively
• Well-presented and confident in appearance to represent the brand professionally
• Salary: 4 million
