Store Operational Manager

Job Description

A Jewelry Store in Uluwatu, ​​Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Store Operations Manager (Full Time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Oversee consignment partnerships as well as ensuring proper stock management, reporting and reconciliations
• Process and track wholesale orders, coordinating with brands and suppliers
• Ensure accurate and timely consignment reports and payments to brand partners
• Maintain and update Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, tracking revenue, costs and margins
• Regularly analyze the Earnings Contribution (EC) Report for performance insights
• Lead and manage the store team as well as fostering a high-performance and engaging work environment
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll coordination and operational efficiency
• Monitor stock levels, conduct audits and ensure accurate inventory tracking
• Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships, events and collaborations
• Ensure store operations comply with company policies, financial controls and legal regulations

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Store Operations Manager or in a related position preferably within fashion and premium fashion
• Strong experience managing consignment and wholesale business models
• Proficiency in financial reporting, P&L management and sales analytics
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a retail team
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with retail systems, ERP software and Microsoft Excel
