Job Description

A Tour Company in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Tour Admin (Full-time, Bali Based)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Liaise with local businesses to coordinate tour-related services
• Provide exceptional customer care as well as ensuring a seamless experience
• Handle administrative duties including data entry, scheduling and document management
• Create and post engaging content on social media platforms
• Act as a concierge, assisting customers with inquiries and special requests
• Manage client communication, including emails, WhatsApp and in-person meetings
• Organize and adjust bookings based on customer needs and availability
• Attend events and participate in tours as a representative of the company
• Operate as a tour guide during events as well as providing insights into Bali’s culture and history

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Tour Admin or in a related position
• Responsible, punctual and highly organized
• Friendly and approachable personality with strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations
• Basic administrative skills including data management and reporting
