A Luxury Travel Agency in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Travel Consultant (Full time)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and create unique bespoke itineraries tailored to clients’ specific preferences and needs
• Provide prompt, timely and professional communication with client as well as ensuring excellent customer service throughout the entire trip-planning process
• Manage the design and planning of travel routes and experiences as well as ensuring quality and consistency
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers to ensure the best possible experiences for clients
• Stay updated on travel trends and opportunities to enhance trip offerings

Requirements :

• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven at least 1 year of working experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
• Enjoy interacting with clients, understanding their needs and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations
• Exceptional service with a structured and systematic business approach aligned with the company’s standards
• Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets as well as striving to deliver the best results for both the company and the clients
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
