Project Manager
Job Description
A Real Estate Agency in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager (Part Time)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Manage and supervise the construction phase as well as ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for contractors as well as ensuring adherence to project specifications and benchmarks
• Conduct regular site inspections, provide feedback and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality workmanship
• Provide weekly status reports to company owners and leadership, highlighting progress, challenges and upcoming milestones
• Work closely with internal teams as well as fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, contractors and community stakeholders as well as ensuring alignment with Company’ values and expectations
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent in written and spoken English communication
• Proven experience working as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or in a related field
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Procore, or Primavera)
• Strong ability to identify issues early and implement timely solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus under pressure
• Proactive and collaborative approach to achieving company objectives
