Spreadsheet Administrator
Job Description
A Hotel Service Management in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Spreadsheet Administrator (Part-time, Remote, Bali Based)
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Manage and maintain multiple client spreadsheets
• Create, update and organize spreadsheet reports for clients
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to input data, generate reports and perform calculations
• Apply intermediate-level Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all data entries
• Collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and provide regular updates
• Assist with data analysis and summarizing findings
• Troubleshoot spreadsheet issues and improve workflow
Requirements :
• Indonesian citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven experience working as a Spreadsheet Administrator or in a related position
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
• Strong understanding of Excel formulas and data management
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software or tools
• Own a laptop with reliable internet access
