Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Assist guests with personal needs during their stay, including arranging meals, laundry, transportation, and other activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of public areas and guest rooms according to villa standards.
• Serve food and beverages according to SOPs and guest preferences. Provide personalized service with attention to detail and guest preferences. Handle guest complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, kitchen, and front office teams to provide optimal service.

Requirements :

• Minimum of a hospitality/tourism degree.
• Experience as a butler, housekeeper, or guest service professional in a hotel/villa.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Good communication skills, especially in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work quickly, thoroughly, and with initiative.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and national holidays.
• Responsible, honest, and have a good attitude.
