Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Managing and maintaining OTA of our property clients
• Designing and launching online marketing campaigns
• Make a strategic plan to increase revenue of our clients property
• Analyzing and monitoring the property’s sales performance and online marketing strategies that have been implemented
• Maintaining the security, confidentiality of costumer data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and related rules

Requirements :

• Graduate from hospitality/hotel management or related field
• Proven experience in front office, e-commerce management or related
• Have strong understanding of reservation system and e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platform
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
