Head of Marketing (Bali Project)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
• Manage and oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and video content
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for innovation
• Manage and coordinate the work of external marketing agencies and vendors
• Contribute to the overall marketing and brand strategy of our Plastic Surgery Hospital
Requirements :
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry ( min. 3 years in managerial level )
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a proven track record of successful campaign implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and interpreting data to inform decision-making
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a requirement
• Willing to be placed in Sanur, Bali.
