Commercial Training Manager – Jakarta

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a comprehensive commercial training strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify training needs through training needs analysis (TNA), gap analysis, performance analysis, and business requirements.
• Develop and manage training calendars, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Create, and update training materials including manuals, SOPs, and modules.
• Standardize onboarding and continuous training programs for all new and existing employee.
• Equip commercial teams with consultative selling techniques and upselling strategies.
• Collaborate with all department to ensure accurate, up-to-date training content.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and KPIs.
• Adjust programs based on learning outcomes, industry updates, and business feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of training participation and progress.
• Partner with all department to align training goals and messaging.
• Lead commercial team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective commercial and product training programs.
• Strong understanding of the aesthetic clinic, beauty and treatment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS systems.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations if required.
