Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Onboard new customers and guide them through the initial stages of product/service adoption.
• Identify and address customer pain points and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide training and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of our offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product/service improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or related role; preferable in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using customer success platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A genuine interest in specialty coffee and a willingness to learn and share knowledge about coffee.
