Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Assist in managing HR operations, including employee records, databases, and compliance documentation.
• Support benefits administration and attendance management.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics like turnover and employee satisfaction.
• Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment and talent acquisition, including outlet recruitment.
• Partner with department managers to support HR needs.
• Assist in creating HR related documents and spreadsheets
Requirements :
• Minimum Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Psychology or related field).
• Final year student and fresh graduate
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile and adaptive personality.
• Accountable and responsible attitude.
• Polite and engaging demeanor.
• Proactive and focused on creating positive experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace).
