Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and instructions.
• Assist in various kitchen tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and plating dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of the kitchen team.
Requirements :
• Minimum Culinary school or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
• Basic understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
