Head Chef (Jakarta)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation (menu planning, recipe creation, cooking techniques).
• Create and maintain high-quality menus.
• Manage and train the kitchen team.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1/D3) in culinary arts or related field (preferred).
• 3+ year as head chef.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and kitchen management abilities.
• Passion for cooking and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and financial management.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and computer programs.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Currently living in Jakarta is preferred.
