Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Lead and train the bar team to ensure top-notch coffee and beverages, and exceptional customer service.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Educate customers on coffee, products, and services.
• Handle customer issues and implement new menu items.
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist with scheduling and marketing efforts.

Requirements :

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent; Certifications in coffee-related fields is preferred.
• 2+ year as head barista.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive coffee knowledge (preparation, brewing, latte art).
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff and work shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work in flexible hours.
• Basic computer and POS system skills.
• Currently living in Jakarta is preferred.
