Community Manager
Job Description
Task and Responsibilities :
• Foster and maintain a positive online brand community through engaging social media, forums, and other digital spaces.
• Build relationships with followers and brand advocates, providing timely and friendly responses to inquiries and comments.
• Develop and lead community initiatives, in-person or virtual events, to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to communicate user feedback and align on community strategies.
• Create and share engaging content for community platforms, including polls, updates, and spotlight features.
• Track community metrics (engagement, growth, sentiment) and prepare reports to assess and enhance strategy.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
• Strong understanding of community management best practices on social media and online forums.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure community health and engagement.
• Passionate about building inclusive, engaged communities and driving brand loyalty.
