Group Brand Manager (Beauty)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Define and lead the brand portfolio vision and strategy in line with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of Brand Managers and Senior Brand Managers.
• Identify growth opportunities across brands and categories (skincare, makeup, body care, etc.).
• Manage brand positioning, segmentation, and long-term equity building.
• Build alignment across departments to ensure timely execution of launches and campaigns.
• Validate product-market fit, ensure brand relevance, and align with consumer trends.
• Drive 360° marketing plans: campaign ideation, go-to-market strategy, media planning, PR, and digital..
• Analyze brand health, market trends, competitor activity, consumer insights, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or Master’s degree is a plus).
• 6+ years in brand marketing or product management, ideally in beauty or FMCG.
• Proven track record in building and managing multiple brands.
• Deep understanding of brand architecture, consumer segmentation, and innovation process.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with tools like Nielsen, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.
