Procurement Specialist

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and define product or service specifications based on operational needs
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors or suppliers to achieve the best quality and pricing
• Handle end to end procurement processes in line with company policies
• Monitor ordering, delivery, and receipt of goods and services
• Evaluate and continuously improve procurement processes

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement of goods or services
• Good understanding of planning, procurement, and inventory or service management
• Comfortable using Google Workspace in daily work
• Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis and budgeting
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday at East Jakarta
