• Min. 1 Year experience at similar position in 4 star Hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication skill.
• Understanding and contributing to the department’s and organization’s strategic goals.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and ability to manage budgets.
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to organize and manage departmental operations.
• Depending on the department, specific technical skills might be required.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment is also crucial.
• The ability to build relationships and work effectively with team.
