Operations Development Specialist

Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Supports the monitoring and control of operational processes for purchase deliveries from in-store and dark store applications, as well as assisting in the recording and reporting of dark store planogram process data

Requirements :

• Minimum education level: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in logistics, or operations.
• Possesses good data analysis and recording skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems for operational recording and reporting.
• Understands the fundamentals of inventory management and stock control.
• Able to collaborate in a team and communicate effectively, especially in an operational environment.
• Possesses problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome operational obstacles.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and responsible in managing operational data.
• Work experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics will be an added advantage.
