Job Description

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels or hospitality industry
• Chain hotel experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based training
• Proven track record in ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate)
• Proactive, result-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage staff at all levels
