Job Description
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
• Menyiapkan area bar sesuai dengan log book checklist (general cleaning, standard hygiene, set up bar, garnishing dan utensils) agar area bar siap melakukan aktivitas operasional.
• Melakukan proses cleaning area bar (glassware, equipment bar dan utensils) pada saat operasional bar sesuai dengan standar ketentuan yang berlaku.
• Menyiapkan bahan-bahan produk, garnishing, equipment bar dan utensils dalam pembuatan produk sesuai dengan Standard Operating Procedure.
Requirements :
• Have experience in related position minimum 2 years.
• For fresh graduate minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, bachelor’s degree in food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Independent, creative, responsible, punctual, honest, hard worker, discipline and commitment on work.
• Have a good ability to work both as team and individual.
• Well groomed, neat, and clean and have passion in F&B industry.
• Willing to be placed in all outlet Indonesia.
