Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Assist in organizing and evaluating employee engagement initiatives and events
• Gather feedback to improve workplace culture
• Support internal communication efforts, and help implement strategies that enhance employee morale and satisfaction

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduates or Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Passion for employee experience and organizational culture
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in organizing events or activities is a plus
• Creative and resourceful with good problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally
