Farm Account Executive
Job Description
JALA is looking for a Farm Commercial Manager (FCM) for upstream teams, responsible for steering and optimizing sales teams to accomplish objectives in the West area, specifically within the Sumatra zone. The candidate must have 3 years of hands-on experience in the shrimp industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and trends.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Effectively manage and lead a dynamic sales team of high performers, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
• Drive strategic initiatives to develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Skillfully negotiate and close business deals, ensuring successful outcomes and contributing to overall revenue growth.
• Implement robust systems for monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and proactively addressing areas for improvement.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate in joint visits to customers, fostering direct connections and understanding market dynamics.
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree or higher in the shrimp industry or a related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in the shrimp industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and trends.
• Proven track record of successfully leading a team for a minimum of 1 year, showcasing effective leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive networking within the shrimp industry, establishing valuable connections with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, clients, and industry partners.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals in the dynamic shrimp industry.
