Restaurant Manager (Bintaro)
Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities :
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, inventory management, and budgeting
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
• Monitoring financial performance and making data-driven decisions to improve profitability
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labour regulations
• Leading and motivating a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Continuously looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
Requirements :
• At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, ideally in the hospitality and tourism industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and data analysis
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and labour regulations in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
